Ways to use the Dropper Bottles: Add 3-5 drops to a glass of water, juice or tea, 1-3x per day. Add to a room diffuser or spray.  Topically rub on your wrists/pulse points/chakra centers 1-3x per day or as needed. Add a few drops to your bath water or favorite lotion. Made for the ups & downs of everyday life.
